Case Study: Camden Board 34

Challenge: With several hundred members, the Camden District Board 34 of The International Association of Approved Basketball Officials had their hands full keeping tabs of all the information on their officials and affiliated schools. Costly and time consuming meetings, phone tag and all the usual problems associated with running a large organization made it difficult to effectively manage the membership. Until they called in Eagle Systems.


Solution: After meeting with key Board 34 executives, we came up with a plan to design a web site that was fully interactive with the membership. No longer would a member need to call the secretary to change his or her contact information. No longer would a member have to bother calling a school for directions, or to get the Athletic Director’s phone number. We provided an easy to use interface that lets each member update his or her profile at anytime, from any computer with internet access, without calling the secretary. All sensitive information is password protected for safety. All information on the schools is readily available including links to maps and driving directions. The site provides email accounts for all members and an easy way to send email between members and executives without having to remember the email addresses, so everyone can stay in touch.
